Working hours are 8 : 30 to 5 : 30 pm daily, full-time only. This position is a weekend position with two days off during the week.
All work is on site, no remote work. We offer a casual yet professional environment in our beautiful boat Marina office.
Customer Service is the ambassador of the marina and is the first person with whom a customer will interact. This person is responsible for all administrative and customer service tasks, assisting boaters in addition to facilitating safe and efficient operations.
This person is the primary point of contact for all customer data with data entry documentation is entered in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with our Boat Cloud System, QuickBooks and all company processes.
Job Related Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong general administrative skills including Microsoft Office and organizational skills.
Basic bookkeeping. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn and assimilate new and existing company processes and systems efficiently and effectively.
A teamwork attitude and setting an example for others. Quick and accurate typing skills Computer savvy Thoroughness Strong keying and data entry skills Professional phone and in person manner Deadline and detail oriented Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience in a hospitality and customer facing position General safety experience in industrial environments or similar At least 2 years of clerical and data entry experience Preferred Qualifications Some Spanish language skills Experience working in a Marina Dockmaster’s office or similar hospitality company Job Type : Full-time Pay : $18.
