Position Summary :
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans while driving revenue growth by establishing strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Revenue Growth :
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market conditions to management.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and influencers within the healthcare industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and visits to maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Training :
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's DME products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers to ensure proper understanding and usage.
Marketing and Promotional Activities :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the territory.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to help shape marketing strategies and product development.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical equipment sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
