Responsibilities :

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to address deficits in fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and sensory integration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• South Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
