Key Responsibilities :

• Build rapport with clients and understand their cruise preferences and group dynamics.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, or video conferencing to address client inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.

Travel Planning :

• Customize cruise itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and group size.
• Coordinate group bookings, including accommodations, dining reservations, and onboard activities.

Destination Expertise :

• Stay updated on cruise destinations, ports of call, and onboard amenities to provide expert advice to clients.
• Research and recommend shore excursions and activities tailored to each group's interests.

Training and Development :

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to remain competitive in the market.

Client Satisfaction :

• Ensure exceptional service from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up to exceed client expectations.
• Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer and internet-based tools.
• Passion for travel and willingness to learn about cruise destinations and products.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
