Medical Center, a 290 bed not-for-profit hospital, in Beautiful Northern New York

Outpatient exclusive opportunities OR

Inpatient and outpatient employed opportunities

Base salary : $225,000 -$265,00 range

plus : WRVU incentive model

Signing bonus $35,000

Educational / student loan repayment $15,000 / year

Relocation Assistance up to $10,000

Inpatient / Outpatient position

For the inpatient / outpatient opportunity call is approximately 1 : 6; to include every 6th weekend (Saturday-Monday AM);

This ratio will increase as additional physicians join the Group

Hospitalist assisted coverage for admissions from 7 PM to 7 AM

Privileges at one hospital

PA assists with hospital inpatient duties

Occurrence medical liability insurance; $1.3 million each / $3.9 million aggregate (Lowest area of malpractice claims in New York State)

Life insurance with a face value equal to annual base salary (one year anniv.)

Health insurance, individual or family 80 / 20 split on the cost

Twenty nine (29) days of paid time off each year to include vacation, personal time, holiday time and short-term sick

Long term sick leave in accordance with policy available for purchase

401-K program, available after 90 days of employment

401-K employer match after one year anniversary

Employer tax-deferred annuity program, after one year of employment and 1000 worked hours; approximately 6% contribution

Reimbursement for NYS licensure, and DEA registration fee paid during period of employment
