The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization consistently delivers high-quality processes and outcomes that align with both business goals and customer expectations. This role establishes and maintains quality standards, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement across operations. Acting as a bridge between leadership vision and day-to-day execution, the Quality Manager guides teams to operate efficiently, cost-effectively, and with excellence. Job Responsibilities :
Partner with senior leadership to establish and refine quality benchmarks that support strategic objectives.Develop and implement industry-leading quality standards in compliance with regulations and customer requirements.Create, monitor, and manage quality control processes across all stages of process development and execution.Conduct testing and validation to ensure final processes meet company standards.Document, analyze, and report findings with actionable insights to drive corrective measures.Promote a culture of continuous improvement through innovative ideas that enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.Use data-driven analysis to balance cost-effectiveness with uncompromised quality.Oversee process development, addressing deviations promptly to ensure reliability and consistency.Establish process and sustainable executionQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, operations or related field.Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Quality Manager in a process-driven environment.Strong knowledge of industry quality standards, processes, and emerging best practices.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant computer systems.Solid understanding of market trends to support effective decision-making.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across all levels.Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a focus on building inclusive work environments.Experience with Autonomous Vehicles.Six Sigma Black Belt, preferred.Pay starting at $114k.
