Registered Nurse - Med / Surg
$30,000 sign on bonus
Salary Range : $62,483 per year- $94,640 per year
Join Our Team : We're seeking Med-Surg RNs for full-time positions, rotating weekends.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Shifts Available : Days & Nights, including rotating weekends.
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in our Med-Surg unit which caters to a diverse adult patient population.
- Perform thorough nursing assessments and contribute to care plans with a focus on optimizing patient outcomes.
- Work in a dynamic environment that provides the opportunity to care for patients with various medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurologic conditions.
- Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within your scope of practice as per established policies.
Qualifications :
- Must be a graduate from a nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- Current RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
BLS certification required upon hire.
Minimum of 1 year of acute care Med / Surg experience is necessary.
