Responsibilities
What will you do?
Your experiences will include, but are not limited to :
- Prepare journal entries, expense accruals and allocations
- Review and code vendor invoices for services, products, etc. and travel & expense reports
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules including monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist in annual budget / forecast process
- Enter vendor invoices into PeopleSoft system
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

Qualifications
Minimum :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a resident of Greater St. Louis, Missouri for Summer 2025 or be attending a St. Louis based University
- Must be a rising Senior, enrolled full time for the upcoming semester, and set to graduate between December 2025 - June 2026
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, up to 40 hours per week during the internship period
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Products.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
