Requirements :
18 years or older with High School Diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation
Current auto insurance & driver’s license
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move with clients to ensure their safety
After school / evening availability
Job Duties :
Provide 1 : 1 therapy at our centers and in our client's homes under the supervision and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Following client specific programs, behavior plans and other activities or procedures as outlined for each client.
Complete all required clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations & Gateway policies.
