Program Manger- hybrid role
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing private companies and listed as best workplaces by Inc.
When the project is completed, the Data Center will have the need for the Program Managers to continue to operate in Jacksonville.
Other career opportunities to work on other remote / hybrid projects is an option as well.
- The Program Managers will be Hybrid for this Jacksonville project
- Assist in the overall program / project planning
- Identify, document, and publish risk and issues
- Resolve cross-team impediments and blocking issues
- Maintain relevant metrics that guide the team to more efficient processes
- Maintain clear and effective communication between teams
- Establishing project due diligence, processes, document control, work instructions, infrastructure, electronic checklists.
The individual we seek should have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Manufacturing Industry experience
- Change Management
- High level of negotiation and communication with multiple stakeholders
- Has the fortitude to face challenges and obstacles and stay focused on timelines and deliverables
Compensation targets we are still determining based on location- Program Managers $100-140k and Senior Program Manager $150-200k onsite
