Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our exceptional team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).

As a CNA at Always Best Care, you will have the rewarding role of delivering comprehensive care to our beloved residents, ensuring their overall well-being and comfort.

Your responsibilities will include providing compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.

You will also monitor and promptly report any changes in residents' physical and mental health to the supervising nurse.

In addition, you will provide invaluable emotional support and engage residents in recreational activities to enhance their overall well-being.

Observing and recording residents' vital signs meticulously, you will promptly notify the nurse of any irregularities. Maintaining clean and organized living spaces for our cherished residents, including handling their laundry when necessary, will be part of your duties.

Adhering strictly to safety and infection control protocols is crucial to safeguarding the well-being of our residents. Lastly, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.

To be considered for this rewarding role, candidates must possess a valid CNA certification from an accredited program. Additionally, a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or senior care facility is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this position. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds is necessary for this role. Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and drug screening is also required.

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu offers a highly competitive salary range of $20 to $22 per hour for this full-time position, with convenient weekly payment.
