A leading company specializing in laser cladding technologies is looking for a high-performing Technical Sales Representative to boost sales across various industries.
The ideal candidate is a sales expert with a technical degree in mechanical or industrial engineering. Communicating effectively, the new team member will drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales objectives and achieving the assigned annual revenue target.
Salary + Additional Benefits :
- $85,000-$110,000 + Annual Bonus

Responsibilities :
- Communicate effectively with all levels.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
- Build long-term client relationships by managing and interpreting client’s needs and requirements.
- Meet or exceed company sales objective by achieving assigned annual revenue target.
- Travel as required to support existing clients, develop geographic markets relative to existing client locations, participate in trade shows and necessary sales and product training.
- Ability to quickly adapt to company culture, work closely with management and production teams to effectively support customer needs.
- Report directly to General Manager and works in close coordination with Operation and Production management.
Requirements :
- Utilize various resources for leads and prospects
- Interpret drawings / calculate dimensions
- CRM experience is a plus
- Ability to use good time management skills to maximize exposure to clients and prospects regionally
- Effectively communicate company capabilities relative to client applications
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
