Serves as clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
Assumes managerial duties as delegated by manager. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications : Required Education : Nursing Degree from an accredited school. BSN Preferred License : current RN license in our state or can be obtained within 90 days Experience : Two years direct patient care experience as a registered nurse.
One year experience as department charge nurse.
