Requirements :
- TN RN License
- 2 years experience
- ACLS
- Trauma III
Other details :
- Floating policy : In rotation with full time staff and other travelers
- Patient Experience requirements : AIDET, completion of communication board, medication teaching
- Documentation system : Meditech
- Number of Beds : 12
- Patient Ratios : 4 : 1
- Type of equipment : GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis med dispense
