Responsibilities :
- Serve as a Key Account Manager handling multiple blue-chip Fortune 500 customers in the automotive, lawn and garden, medical, aerospace and telecommunications industries
- Act as the engineering liaison to coordinate with other departments to assure all aspects of the customer experience is handled flawlessly, including Quoting, Technical Support, Order Entry and Inventory Planning
- Responsible for incoming technical product calls for orders, availability, quotes, pricing and technical inquiries.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Work as a liaison between sales, manufacturing and shipping on a daily basis.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information, keeping records of customer interactions and running reports
Requirements :
- BA or BS Degree Preferred but not required
- 5yrs experience
- Technical competencies for dealing with automotive mechanical parts
- Experience with fasteners or similar related products and industries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to work closely with Inside and Outside Sales Team to assure 100% customer satisfaction
- Advanced Proficiency needed in Large ERP or MES
- Advanced Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
