Outpatient Physical Therapist - Part-time
We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our team at Hearthstone Manor in Woodstock, IL. This position offers great work-life balance and flexibility of hours, allowing you to create your own schedule.
You will have the opportunity to work with higher functioning residents in the assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings.
Job Type : Part-time, PRN
Schedule : Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings

Qualifications :
- Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
- Previous experience in outpatient care, preferred
