A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs related to provider credentialing.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and perform all provider credentialing and re-credentialing servicesMonitor credentialing documentation including current licensure and board certificationRespond to inquiries from healthcare organizations regarding credentialing issuesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDCertified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferredMinimum three (3) years of experience with provider credentialing and / or healthcare contracting preferredMinimum three (3) years in an administrative role
