At Percy, were building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. Were currently seeking a high-performing Asset Manager in Dallas to oversee a portfolio of 5,000 Class A Multifamily units.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced asset manager whos passionate about driving financial performance and strategic growth. With a focus on underwriting, acquisitions, and financial management, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, supported by a growing company with a strong investment outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Lead asset management for 5,000+ units across 10-15 properties
  • Lead financial analysis, including ROIs, debt management, and cash yields
  • Lead the underwriting and acquisition processes
  • Travel 20-25% of the time to various property locations
  • Develop strategies to optimize property performance and growth
  • Work out of the corporate office in Dallas, TX

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of asset management experience in Class A / B multifamily
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in ROI and debt management
  • Knowledgeable in underwriting and acquisition processes
  • Ability to think strategically beyond the numbers
  • Comfortable with travel requirements

  • Earn north of $200,000 in total compensation, including base and bonuses
  • Base salary range of $165,000 to $175,000
  • Bonus potential of 15-25% based on property performance
