The Entry Level Events Assistant at Craftexcom supports the planning and execution of company events, including product launches, conferences, and corporate meetings.

This role involves coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth event operations.

Pay range :

$21.50 - $31.50 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
• Help manage event logistics, including vendor communication and scheduling
• Support the setup and breakdown of events on-site
• Provide administrative support, including tracking budgets and expenses
• Attend and participate in team meetings to discuss event plans
• Develop and maintain event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
• Research and compile information on venues, suppliers, and potential event activities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events
