Front Desk Receptionist
SCHEDULE (40 hours per week) :
Monday - Thursday 2 : 00 p.m.-9 : 00 p.m.
Saturdays 9 : 30 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.
Sundays 12 : 00 p.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.
JOB DUTIES :
Answering phones (looking for the GOLDEN VOICE that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers.
If anyone has told you that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).
- Great memory with ability to remember lots of details.
- An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person.
- Selling on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.
- Registering clients
- Processing paperwork
- Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
- Selling minimal retail / supplies at the desk.
- Interacting with customers
