Job Title : Accountant
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize the accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate recording of vendor invoices, expense reports, and credit card submissions.
- Assist in the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Collaborate with employees and vendors to streamline credit card submissions and expense report processing.
- Support the processing of checks, wires, electronic funds transfers, and daily bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records in our electronic invoice filing system and manage W9 documentation in partnership with Accounting and Procurement teams.
- Assist with state and local tax filings and other statutory requirements.
Hard Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, general ledger accounting, or financial reporting, ideally in the manufacturing, energy, or technology sectors
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Redmond, Washington.
Work Environment
Onsite daily, after training period there is opportunity for some hybrid schedule.
