You are the lifeline for patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care during life-saving cardiovascular surgeries.

As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (RNCVOR), your presence is vital in the operating room, working alongside surgeons to ensure procedures go smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

You are responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, preparing necessary instruments, and monitoring the patient's condition throughout the surgery.

You assist surgeons by anticipating their needs, ensuring the patient s well-being during complex cardiovascular procedures, and making critical decisions in high-pressure situations.

Your expertise in cardiovascular care enables you to quickly and accurately respond to any changes in the patient's condition, helping to guide the team through the surgery with precision.

Your toolkit? Comprehensive knowledge of cardiovascular health, operating room protocols, and surgical procedures. You combine technical skill with a calm, f demeanor, ensuring the operating room functions like a well-oiled machine.

THE SHIFTS

Working 8 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week on a shift pattern

THE MUST' AVS

You hold a valid RN License, Cardiovascular Nursing Certification (CVRN) or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.

THE PAY

HOURLY PAY : $57.80 , SHIFT PAY : $462.40 , WEEKLY PAY : $2,312.00 , TRAVEL TAX FREE : n / a

THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT : Illustratively, the weekly pay is based on these patterns : 8-hour shifts 5 days (40 hours), 9-hour shifts 4 days (36 hours), 10-hour shifts 4 days (40 hours), 12-hour shifts 3 days (36 hours).

For PER DIEM / PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state, then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay.

Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role, based on location and experience level has range of $1,965.20 - $2,658.80

Located in Eugene / Springfield, OR, is a 110-bed community hospital known for its supportive and family-like atmosphere.

With a main OR consisting of 10 rooms and a dedicated CVOR room, the facility averages 30 cases daily in the main OR and 2 cases in the CVOR, which holds a prestigious 3-Star STS rating.

RNs with 2+ years of OR / CVOR experience, possessing BLS and ACLS certifications. The nurse-to-patient ratio stands at 1 : 1, with day shifts, an on-call rotation, and no floating.

CVOR staff benefit from an 85% guaranteed wage even on low-volume weeks. Additionally, the center offers a competitive compensation range of $42.

92-$64.85 / hour, a relocation package of up to $10,000, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus for CVOR RNs.
