We are seeking a flexible and reliableRegistered (Support) Staff to join our team. In this role you willprovide various administrative support services as needed includingcustomer service real estate agent support tenant assistance andgeneral office tasks.
KeyResponsibilities :
Provideexceptional customer service to our clients.
Assist real estate agents with administrativetasks.
Support tenants with moveinprocesses.
Perform general office duties asassigned.
Schedule :
Flexible Schedule : We will provide assignments on anasneeded basis which may include on weekends including Saturdaysand Sundays or after 5 PM on weekdays.
Minimum2hour Shifts : We guarantee a minimum of 2 hours of pay per shifteven if the actual work time is less.
Compensation :
Hourly Rate : Approximately $15.0020.00 perhour.(DOE)
Qualifications :
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite.
Reliabletransportation.
Real Estate Sales Person Licenseis Preferred but not required.
