Job Summary

As the Head of Telecom Wireline and Wireless Products at one of the largest telecom enterprises globally, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L), ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial performance.

Your role will contribute significantly to achieving long-term objectives and maximizing profitability within the organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Telecom Wireline and Wireless product division for North America and EU, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the business unit, ensuring financial performance and accountability.
  • Provide strategic direction leveraging expertise in Product / Engineering to drive growth opportunities and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, including related plans and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards within the business unit.

Qualifications

  • Education : Advanced degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience : Demonstrated leadership in telecommunications focusing on product development, engineering, and business growth.

Proven track record of P&L ownership and financial performance.

  • Skills :
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Product management : Extensive experience in wireless product development and management.
  • Business Development : Proven track record in driving business and products, achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
