Overview

The Manager, Research Education is responsible for leading the Research Education Program and supervising the Research Education Team. This role ensures that the research education needs of Children's Mercy staff are continuously assessed and addressed through strategic collaboration with Research Education, Research and Sponsored Projects Administration (RaSPA), and CMRI (Children's Mercy Research Institute) leadership. By staying informed of emerging trends and institutional priorities, the Manager drives the development and implementation of innovative training initiatives that support research excellence and professional growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manages the training activities under the mandatory Research Education Program.
• Leads the Research Education team through the operational aspects of all education offerings.
• Develops research education programs at the direction of and in collaboration with RaSPA, Research Education, and CMRI leadership.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.57 / hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home

This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children's Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
