About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2464 To $2738 Job Title : Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty : X-Ray and CT Radiology Job Duration : 16 weeks Shift : Night - 4x10 - 9 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 1 year License : WA State License Required, ARRT in X-ray;
ARRT in CT preferred Certifications : BLS Must-Have : - Experience in X-ray and CT imaging- Ability to start IVs- Preferably with C-arm experience in the OR Job Description : Perform X-ray and CT imaging for all ages, covering inpatient, outpatient, and ER.
- Types of imaging include chest X-rays, extremities, abdomen, spine work, routine CT scans, and angiograms.- Operate X-ray (1 room and 1 portable) and CT (1 CT scanner) equipment.
- Chart in Cerner Community Works and use Philips Intellispace for PACS.- Work with department-specific equipment : X-Ray (GE) and CT (Canon).
- Rarely float to run a C-arm in surgery, if preferred.- Average of 10 X-ray and 6-8 CT scans performed per day.- Participate in a department-specific orientation consisting of 1 shift.
- Experience working holidays if they fall on a scheduled day.- Potential on-call requirement if no night staff is scheduled;
day shift covers until 7 : 00 AM with a 20-minute response time.- Wear scrubs without specific color requirements.- The department has managerial support Monday through Thursday and lead support Tuesday through Friday.
This role does not require a BSN and does not utilize RRAs. There are no radiologists in-house; all scans are sent out for review.
