What you will do :
- Actively seeks out and engages targeted commercial clients utilizing an established network of auctions, contacts, networking, and through direct outreach.
- Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with strategic accounts to expand the company's market presence.
- Understand the unique needs of each assigned commercial account and developing customized solutions and / or performs product demonstration based on client requirements
- Secures agreements with customers and present and negotiate commercial terms.
- Performs routine client follow-up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.
- Meets or exceeds sales targets and performance objectives set by the company.
- Evaluates KPI’s and industry trends to effectively position our product & services to stay ahead of competitors and identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Recommends additional or new products to existing clients.
- Attends and participates in regular sales meetings, internal company meetings, external trade shows, and / or conferences.
- Reviews and analyzes daily and weekly reports
- Performs administrative duties, such as preparing reports and presentations and maintaining or updating sales records, account information, etc.
- Engages in meetings and training sessions for product releases, professional development, etc.
- Monitor account performance and satisfaction, adjusting as necessary.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements. Generate reports on client performance, account growth, and revenue projections.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need :
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Deep understanding of the wholesale automotive industry
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency with using the Google Suite or Microsoft Suite of products
- Software and technology sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to travel nationwide
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years’ related experience.
