Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at SALA in Anchorage, AK. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategies to drive business growth, managing staff, project management and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Additionally, the General Manager will handle budget management, marketing initiatives, and overall business performance.

- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Operations Management skills
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the EMS industry
- Marketing experience
- Proven track record of achieving business targets
- Maintain and encourage all management company values, such as integrity and high morality values
Required skills
- Flexible and creative problem solving
- Education in Business Management and or Proven success in a managerial role, or Certified Managers Certification
- Professional, Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, including speaking in public
- Excellent communication skills, and delegation skills when handling employees

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or medical field
- Experience in conducting performance evaluations
