Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Job Highlights
- Pays : $30.41 - $33.79 per hour, PAID WEEKLY
- Day Shift, Work Hours : 30 - 38 hours per week, 10 hour shifts during weekdays; 7-8 hours during weekend. Schedule is usually 3 weekdays + 1 rotational weekend day (Saturday or Sunday not both)

Job Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
- Administer immunizations and injections and provides evidence-based patient / parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Assess patients during intake
- Take vital signs
- Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening
- Perform Point of care testing
- Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience
- Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse, active and in good standing without disciplinary actions
- Active BLS required
