Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts across multiple channels and audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute campaigns that engage investors and key stakeholders while maintaining our brand's voice and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable analyzing campaign data, creating compelling content, and building relationships that drive referrals and business growth.

Core Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Identify target markets and design campaigns to effectively reach key audiences, including investors, borrower clients, and stakeholders
  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize efforts
  • Present marketing performance metrics and strategies to executives regularly

Content Creation & Brand Management

  • Create engaging visuals and content for campaigns, with emphasis on video and multimedia formats
  • Develop weekly newsletters for two distinct audiences : investors and borrower clients
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
  • Maintain our Brand Book
  • Review and align all social media content with company messaging and leadership voice, particularly regarding economic conditions and market commentary

    • Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Manage LinkedIn and Facebook / Instagram accounts, including responding to messages and creating posts
  • Develop and execute strategies to continuously increase engagement across all social platforms
  • Leverage existing video and photo assets (including annual meeting and webinar footage) to create compelling, dynamic content
  • Record, edit, and repurpose video content from company events, webinars, and annual meetings
  • Move beyond static posts to create more engaging, multimedia content that drives interaction and RSVPs

    • Website & Technical Management

  • Oversee website management, ensuring the site is user-friendly, optimized for SEO, and regularly updated
  • Manage CRM tools like HubSpot to track leads, nurture prospects, and improve sales funnel efficiency
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and engagement through UX / UI improvements

    • Client Relations & Referral Generation

  • Send personalized thank you notes with Starbucks gift cards ($10) to new borrower clients upon their first loan
  • Send thank you notes with gift cards to escrow officers and real estate agents associated with new loans to drive referrals

    • Special Projects & CEO Support

  • Execute miscellaneous marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and new project requirements

    • Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, with strong focus on multi-channel campaign management
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual and written content
  • Experience with video recording, editing, and multimedia content creation
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Engagement rates across email, social media, and website platforms
  • Lead generation and conversion rates through CRM
  • Quality and consistency of content output (newsletters, social posts, videos)
  • Referral generation from client and partner outreach efforts
  • NPS scores and client satisfaction metrics
  • Event attendance and RSVP rates
  • Brand consistency and message alignment across all channels
