Our client, a leading provider of office and industrial (O&I) relocation solutions, seeks a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

They specialize in providing seamless transitions for businesses across the globe.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in the office and industrial relocation industry or logistics industry.

This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote work, on-site visits with clients, and on-site collaboration in Sacramento.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new business and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in relocation or logistics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed and work in a hybrid remote / on-site environment.
