You'll Make An Impact By
- Analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating ML systems for Machine Translation, Localization, Contextualization, and Personalization.
- Contributing to a research path that delivers the best accuracy and quality in NLP tasks.
- Expanding the reach of ML technologies for multilingual and localization purposes.
- Collaborating with product managers and business teams on the understanding and definition of business problems, in order to properly formulate data-driven and ML-based solutions.
You'll bring value to the team because you proactively seek perfection in AI systems, and :
- You are proficient in Spanish, English, and Python.
- You hold a PhD or a master's degree in CS, CE, ML, ideally with a focus on NLP.
- You are obsessed with accuracy, quality, impact, and efficiency of ML systems.
- You see the value and enjoy the challenge of manipulating large volumes of data.
- You can leverage Transformers and LLMs to solve Seq2Seq tasks like NMT.
- Your hands-on ML experience includes PyTorch or TensorFlow, or maybe something more specific like MarianNMT or openNMT.
- You will be there in our ML journeys, from vision to research, PoC, production, and launch, so bringing end-to-end ML experience to the team would be very appreciated.

Salary and Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
Minimum Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position :
- Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics-related field.
- Option 2 : Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 year's experience in an analytics-related field.
- Option 3 : 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position :
- Data science, machine learning, optimization models.
- Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics.
- Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
- Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch).
- Knowledge in creating inclusive digital experiences, implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
