Property Accountant - $70,000 base pay
We areseeking a Property Accountant to join our team in the Boston area. This roleoffers a competitive salary up to $70,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus andexceptional benefits.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in propertylevel reporting for individual assets within a large industrial fund orportfolio.
Working under the supervision of Portfolio Accountants and anAccounting Manager, the Property Accountant will handle all accountingfunctions necessary to support our fast-growing enterprise.
This positionrequires being in the office four days a week with one day remote, allowing fora flexible work-life balance.
Whatwe are looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 1-2 years of accounting experience in commercial real estate
- Experience with Yardi accounting software preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus
- Previous knowledge of development accounting is advantageous
