Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- As an Agent Team Member, you will receive :

Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- People-oriented.
- Self-motivated.
- Detail oriented.
- Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
