The Position
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker assists patients, and their families understand a particular illness, work through the emotions of a diagnosis, and provide counseling about the decisions that need to be made.
Works in collaboration with clinical staff (doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals) using case management skills to help patients and their families address and resolve the social, financial, and psychological problems related to their health condition.

Requirements :
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Licensed as Clinical Social Worker
- Knowledge of EHR Software
Responsibilities :
- Monday 8am-6pm
- Tuesday 8am-7pm
- Wednesday & Thursday 8am-5pm
- Friday 8am-1pm
- Working With patients of All Ages
- Individual And Group Therapy
- Outpatient Setting Only
- Manageable Case Load
