Location : Multiple Cities of Choice in NJ, NY or TX
Duration : 3 Months Contracts with extensions up to 2 years
Hours Per Week : 40 .00
Hours Per Day : 10.00
Days Per Week : 4.00
Weekly Blended : $2600 to $3100
Certifications & Licenses : BLS - AHA & RN Compact License for location
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- 1+ years of experience in Case Management setting - REQUIRED
- Home Health experience - REQUIRED
- Recent previous travel - Preferred
- Home Care Home Base - Preferred
- BLS MUST be AHA and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- A negative COVID test will need to be submitted within 72 hours of start date - REQUIRED
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
