Job Summary
Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a General Manager t o oversee the day-to-day operations of a Dining account. Reporting directly to the Vice President, this role requires exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, strong team leadership, client relations, and a commitment to ensuring superior food quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of P&L and budgeting for the account.
- Oversee the daily operations of the account.
- Handle HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and team training.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, guests, the Client, and other departments.
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and deliver top-quality food.
- Implement new culinary programs in coordination with the Company's marketing and culinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
- Five years of experience in foodservice operations.
- Essential experience in high-volume production and catering.
- Previous experience in budget management.
- Eagerness to learn and advance within a leading foodservice company.
