Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Our health care system is dedicated to providing world-class, compassionate care to our community.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for general maintenance repairs, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electronics, and electrical work.
You will also need to effectively communicate orally and in writing, as well as read and interpret floor plans or blueprints.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license and insurability
- At least five years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electronics, and electrical work
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and heavy equipment
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. without assistance
Responsibilities
- Operate all types of maintenance equipment
- Maintain equipment
- Complete general maintenance and repairs
- Operate maintenance tools and heavy equipment
- Assist other maintenance technicians as needed
- Complete assignments in a timely manner
- Accept new responsibilities as required
