Major / Essential Functions
Answering calls for multiple divisions within the department. Performs routine administrative support as needed. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Applicant needs to be fluent in English both orally and in written form. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Organizational and time management skills are required with the ability to work with minimal supervision to meet accuracy standards and multiple calendar deadlines monthly.
Medical office experience both orally and in written form are also a plus.
Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
