As our Helpdesk Support, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our employees, troubleshooting a variety of IT issues, and ensuring smooth operations across our IT infrastructure.

Work Environment : Weekday schedule, no weekends or late nights, casual and supportive atmosphere
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot onsite issues with office devices and systems (Wi-Fi, firewall, etc.)
- Manage IT asset inventory and warranty claims
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or ticket system
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues (network connectivity, software updates, etc.)
- Document support cases and ensure resolution satisfaction
- Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Set up user accounts and ensure security compliance
- Provide basic training on hardware and software usage
Requirements :
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software (Windows, Mac, etc.), and networking concepts
- Understanding of IT security principles (firewall, antivirus, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) preferred but not required
9-5 EST position, Monday to Friday, Remote.
