The Team :
You will join the EMEA Sales Enablement team, a group of experienced professionals and strategic partners to regional and local Sales teams.
We drive the effort to equip all Sales roles with the business and technical sales knowledge and skills they need to successfully engage Buyers and generate revenue, all while maturing their sales capabilities.
We do that by deploying a consultative and programmatic approach focused on sales execution excellence, guided by meaningful business impact, cross-functional collaboration, quantitative and qualitative actionable insights, innovation, and a continuous growth mindset.
You will directly report to the Sales Enablement Manager DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
The Role :
As the Specialist Sales Enablement, you will help develop defined sales abilities for each Sales role in DACH and support the Sales Enablement Team across Europe.
You will assist a dynamic, multi-channel team of in-seat sales professionals operating in a highly competitive and changing environment, as well as help onboard new hires to sales productivity.

The Work You Will Do :
To properly support the above, you will work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager DACH, and your main responsibilities will be to :
Build and Maintain Local and Regional Sales Enablement Plans :
- Regularly assess the strengths and weaknesses of local Key Account Managers (KAM) and Sales Representatives (SR) per the defined local Sales Strategy and Sales Competencies for each role.
- Actively contribute to the design, planning, content creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of local and regional Sales Enablement initiatives.
- When necessary, collaborate with local cross-functional teams to translate content, manage events, and ensure proper localization of Sales Enablement initiatives.
Deploy Local and Regional Sales Enablement Plans in DACH :
- Locally implement (publish content, deliver / coordinate / schedule training, coach KAMs / SRs, etc ) the Sales Activation Calendar in collaboration with the corresponding cross-functional teams.
- Track Plan implementation progress and drive corrective measures when needed.
- Guarantee completion of assigned development plans for each KAM / SR.
- Participate in postmortem discussions and help incorporate insights to improve utilization of Sales Enablement services and tools.
- Perform regular Coach the Coach sessions with KAMs / SRs.
- Drive Sales Onboarding for DACH new hire KAMs / SRs / Sales Managers in a structured, standardized, and connected manner.
Contribute to any EMEA Sales Enablement project as needed.
Stay current on Goodyear s Go-To-Market strategy, product road map, value proposition, and sales talent development trends.
The Qualifications You Need :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Excellence, Sales Talent Development, or similar function in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English. Other European languages a plus.
- Proven ability on adult training and deployment of learning content, curricula, and programs.
- Experience in Change Management and Project Management. Certifications a plus.
- Passion for sales and talent development with a proven record of delivering results.
- Exceptional relationship management skills to drive stakeholder and cross-functional action.
- Effective communicator with excellent formal and informal written and presentation skills in live, recorded, in-person, and virtual settings.
- Exposure to Sales tools and Sales Enablement platforms.
- Independent, data-driven, goal-oriented, aligned to deliver towards and exceed defined timelines and goals through disciplined execution.
- Able and willing to collaborate with others to overcome unexpected challenges.
- Comfortable working with virtual teams spanning different time zones in high-paced environments with frequently changing priorities.
