Currently, we're looking for a Commercial HVAC Sales Professional to join our team. This role is a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have outstanding customer service.
This is the ideal role for those who are results-oriented and adept at handling large mechanical customer projects.
Primary Job Function : Present the company to potential commercial customers and qualify opportunities, thereby obtaining competitive and profitable commercial HVAC services sales.
Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients.
Work Hours : 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
Pay : Base plus commission. Targeted yearly income of no less than $125k!

Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug and background screens
- HVAC background preferred
- Estimation experience is preferred
- Experience with HVAC design-build is preferred
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service knowledge with strong follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great listening skills
- Professionally conduct yourself at all times
- Computer proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)
