Manager of Care Delivery – RN

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager of Care Delivery – RN to join a mission-driven healthcare organization in Ridgewood, NY! Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM | Fully onsite

Compensation

$120,000 – $125,000 annually (DOE)

Daily Responsibilities For Manager Of Care Delivery

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of 4–5 community health nurses, fostering excellence and teamwork.
• Coordinate care delivery, manage staffing and resources, review documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support long-term wellness and independence for patients.
