Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation Excellence : Be a lead generation maestro through field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Creative Sales Approaches : Devise and implement creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Training and Development : Work closely with leadership to hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.

Qualifications :

  • Sales Experience : 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management : Thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Consistent record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Communication Mastery : Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are a must.
  • Negotiation Expertise : Showcase effective negotiating and closing skills.

Education :

  • High School Diploma / GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in proposal writing : Demonstrated experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product / service proposals.
  • CRM Expertise : 1+ years of experience using CRM software.
  • Forecasting and Funnel Management : 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining an accurate funnel of sales opportunities.

Total Target Cash Pay Range : $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range : $43,080 - $77,640.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
