Associate Manager, O&S Group Finance (Remote)

This is a remote-based opportunity
Serve as a core member of the O&S Group Finance team. In this role, you will help consolidate and report the financial planning, monthly financial results, long range financial planning as well budgeting and projection processes for the Group.
You will also be expected to deliver financial analyses utilizing various data sources, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
Responsibilities are time sensitive, and execution of this function occurs in a fast paced environment requiring strong communication skills, organizational skills, collaboration and influence skills, sound financial and accounting principles knowledge, and acute attention to detail.

What you will do
Review the consolidation process of monthly P&L reporting and quarterly projection processes for the Group. Actively participate in first level discussions with Division finance personnel and assists in analyzing and summarize results at the Group level for Group leadership and Corporate
Prepare / review the monthly Management Financial Packet containing critical reports providing one stop data package for Group leaders to understand drivers, metrics and overall financial performance of the Divisions and Group
Consolidate / review the monthly financial statement commentary highlighting key performance drivers.
Consolidate monthly and quarterly price reporting, monthly sales dashboards using worldwide sales data
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the use of financial reporting systems and databases as well as thoroughly understanding organizational structure and implication(s) of changes
Participates in monthly forecasting process, annual Strategic Plan and Budget processes for the O&S Group including pro-forma template generation, modeling, consolidating and analysis
Work closely with Enterprise FP&A on any requests and with Divisional FP&A teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requests

What you need
Bachelor's degree required; focus in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
6+ years work experience in a financial environment required
Demonstrated understanding of financial projections, reporting and consolidations preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Hyperion
Sound accounting knowledge, understanding of GAAP and SOX principles
$85,500 - $168,100salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
