Description :

This position is specifically for the Correctional Treatment Center unit.

In the absence of an operable call light system, CNAs conduct rounds.

CNAs may also provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

1 : 1 observation / sitters and suicide watch may be required as needed.

Without an operable call light system, CNAs must perform 15-minute round safety checks on patients.

This is to meet regulatory requirements, policy requirements, and ensure safe patient care.

Patients are admitted with varying medical needs and clinical risk stratifications.

Some patients may require extensive care.
