Company is seeking a project engineer with 1-5 years of experience in heavy highway construction. The ideal candidate will contribute to a variety of projects including but not limited to site development, military, and DOT(Caltrans).
We work on a variety of grading and asphalt paving projects and seek a motivated individual to assist our superintendents in the successful execution of these projects.

Responsibilities :
- Assist superintendents in progress billing, track submittals, RFIs, and contract change orders.
- Job cost tracking / updates.
- Develop / maintain CPM schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on a variety of projects.
- Track quantities.
- Traffic control plans.
- Earthwork Take-offs.
- Understand contract documents (plans, specifications, contracts, etc.)
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Requirements :
- Hard-working individual who has demonstrated leadership skills and who thrives in a teamwork environment.
- The individual must be highly organized and able to communicate well with others.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Excellent writing, presentation and computer skills.
- Willingness to be flexible and occasionally work long hours.
Company Construction positions require satisfactory completion of a physical ability test and clean drug and alcohol screening.
