In the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure group, our Analysts work across many verticals, including broadband and network infrastructure, data centers and cloud infrastructure, managed services, satellites, wireless infrastructure and digital infrastructure services.

We provide a wide range of services, including general financial advice, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, special committee assignments, takeover defenses, corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships / joint ventures and advice on capital structure.

We'll trust you to :

  • Build and run comprehensive financial models and conduct a wide range of financial analyses
  • Effectively analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information
  • Perform company and industry research
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
  • Interact with senior bankers and clients

You'll need to have :

  • At least one year of investment banking or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with extensive training in the building of presentation materials and financial modelling
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • Proven academic excellence and high degree of intellectual curiosity
  • High level of responsiveness with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a high-quality work product
  • A team player mindset; ability to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both to deal teams and external clients
  • Strong ability to multi-task

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $120,000 - $125,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant's years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and relevant skills for the role.

Base salary is one component of Lazard Financial Advisory's compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
