The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships, oversee project execution, and work with internal teams to meet client needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client communications and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand clients’ needs, objectives, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
Project Management :
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, strategy, media) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Oversee the development, execution, and performance of campaigns or projects.
- Monitor and report on client projects, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and expectations.
Client Retention & Growth :
- Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling services.
- Ensure the timely renewal of contracts and ongoing business relationships.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing solutions that meet their goals.
Reporting & Analytics :
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for client accounts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, suggesting actionable insights and improvements.
Problem Solving :
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.
- Act as a mediator between clients and internal teams when necessary to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the business leadership to achieve overall company growth and client retention goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience :
- Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Experience managing multiple clients / projects simultaneously.
- Skills :
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and branding strategies.
