- Handleinbound and outbound calls to process donations for variousnonprofitorganizations

- Accuratelyenter donor information into ourdatabase
- Followup with donors as needed to ensuresatisfaction
- Meetand exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancementopportunities
Requirements
- Highschool diploma orequivalent
- Strongverbal communicationskills
- Reliableinternet connection and a quietworkspace
- Basiccomputer skills including proficiency with MicrosoftOffice
- Abilityto work flexible hours including evenings and weekends (You willset your ownschedule)
